ChatGPT-4, Open AI's most advanced AI, is a combination of text-based queries and visual inputs. It focuses on word processing. According to the announcement page, the company claims it is superior to the original ChatGPT in its advanced reasoning capabilities.

GPT-4 scores higher in test exams than the original AI model and generates more precise results by up to 40%.This is quite significant, given that ChatGPT-3 can sometimes make things up.

The new model is also 82 percent more likely to not respond requests for disallowed content (such prompts for hate speech). It was apparently designed with the assistance of 50 AI safety and security specialists.

Open AI announced ChatGPT-4 and revealed a number of other applications where the model is being used. These include Duolingo (for AI assisted language learning), Khan Academy for AI-assisted tutoring, education assistance and teacher training), Be My Eyes (to provide AI powered context for photos) and the new Bing for web browsing-related queries.

GPT-4, the latest version of Open AI's text based application, is much more powerful than ChatGPT-3.Al Jazeera reported that GPT-4 can process up to 25,000 words. This is eight times more than its predecessor. With greater nuance, prompts can now be understood more clearly.

Pocket Lint reports that ChatGPT is still developing a feature that allows ChatGPT to respond to videos and images. However, accuracy, safety, and the ability for ChatGPT users to complete multiple tasks have been improved.
