A new lawsuit alleges Marilyn Manson sexually abused a minor in the '90s
Manson settled a separate lawsuit filed by Game of Thrones actress Esme Bianco, who had accused him of rape.

According to the lawsuit, Manson used his "role, status, and power as an adult performer and performer in the music industry to gain access, groom, manipulate, and exploit the plaintiff, resulting in sexual assault in two separate incidents." Monday's suit was filed in New York's Nassau County Supreme Court.Brian Warner is Manson's legal name. He has been accused of abuse by at least fifteen women, including Westworld actress Evan Rachel Wood. He settled a lawsuit filed by Game of Thrones actress Esme Bianco, alleging that he raped and committed other abuses. Manson had previously denied any wrongdoing, and the terms of the settlement have not been made public.Manson's spokesperson did not immediately respond when asked for comment on Monday's new lawsuit. In February 2021, Evan Rachel Wood first accused him of abuse. He then called the allegations "distortions" in an Instagram statement. He wrote, "Obviously, my art and my life have been magnets for controversy for a long time, but these recent claims regarding me are terrible distortions of reality. My intimate relationships with like-minded partners have always been completely consensual. No matter how or why others choose to misrepresent the past, it is the truth."BuzzFeed News obtained the lawsuit from Manson, which states that Jane Doe, a Maryland woman, was assaulted first by the musician in 1995, after one of his shows. According to the complaint, Manson invited the sixteen-year-old fan to his tour bus, where he raped her while a member of his band watched. The complaint states that Warner laughed at her after he was done. He then demanded that she "get the fuck out of [his] bus" before threatening to kill her and her family if she spoke up.Jane Doe allegedly began using drugs days later. This led to Jane Doe developing an addiction to drugs and alcohol that would last for many years. Manson allegedly called Jane Doe a few weeks later, asking her for explicit photos.According to the filing, the sixteen-year-old traveled to New Orleans to see Manson in concert three months later. She was given free tickets and access passes to the venue. After the show, she was again taken on Manson's tour bus.Manson was alleged to have "groomed" the teenager on the bus by complimenting her, playing with her hair, and looking at the drawings and photos she had brought. The lawsuit claims that Manson then "became more aggressive" and sexually assaulted her again. The plaintiff claims that they reconnected in 1999, when she was just nineteen years old. Manson was on tour at that time. Manson allegedly "continued" to groom and sexually abuse her over the next four weeks. He allegedly coerced her into having sex, controlling her every move and giving her alcohol.Manson allegedly also emotionally abused her, ridiculing her before other young female fans. Manson allegedly called Jane Doe "racial slurs" and called her fat in some instances. Manson allegedly "called Jane Doe racial slurs and called her fat" after Jane Doe opened up to him about her feelings of not being supported by her family.According to the lawsuit, the woman had not "recovered from the original childhood sexual assaults, grooming, and abuse" by Manson. She also stated that she was still dependent on drugs and alcohol at the time and "was vulnerable" to Manson’s influence as a powerful celebrity. According to the suit, she was "lured into [Manson]'s dark world" of drugs, alcohol, and sexual deviance, harassment, abuse, and assault.Manson is not the only defendant in this lawsuit. His former labels, Interscope Records (now defunct) and Nothing Records (now extinct), are also named. They were named based on "information" that they knew of his "practices of sexual assaulting minors and assisted and abetted such behavior."The lawsuit states that Warner's pedophilic obsessions, violent behaviors, and financial gain were not only known to Defendants Interscope & Nothing Records but were also celebrated and promoted for their collective financial gain.
